 Information and Documentation Sevice

The Service is responsible for the registering, compiling, analysis and dissemination of biodiversity information. It has four units; namely:

1. Documentation Unit,

2. BioGIS Unit,

3. Library Unit, and

4. Audiovisual Unit.

Among the services that the Institute of Biodiversity Conservation (IBC) currently constitutes, the Herbarium and Cold Store Service (Gene bank), is the oldest and adequately organized one.
